Support & Maintenance

Boschung is committed to our customers; that’s why we provide technical support and maintenance for all of our products. Proper maintenance of equipment is critical to be sure you have complete and accurate information when you need it. Boschung America offers flexible maintenance agreements to fit our customers’ requirements, from basic phone support to comprehensive maintenance agreements. We can tailor a program that gets you the results you expect. Boschung America offers field service, phone support, repair service, remote monitoring and diagnostics, and extended warranty services.


A system only works if it used correctly, which is why Boschung America offers complete training with all of our systems. Whether it is the maintenance workers who refill the anti-icing agent tanks in the FAST system, or the Operations Managers who rely on Boschung America’s RWIS to alert them to dangerous pavement surface conditions, a solid understanding of the system, including components and capabilities, is required. Our technicians will come to your site and spend the time making sure each designated employee has the understanding necessary to maintain and operate the components effectively and efficiently. Training is also available for new upgrades or updates, so maintenance staff always have the most current knowledge.
